Ingredients Weights Measures
eggs - 24 each
milk 6 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
white bread slices - 100 slices
KRAFT Signature Honey Dijon Dressing 1 lb. + 4 oz. 2-1/4 cups
oven-roasted turkey breasts, sliced 3 lb. + 2 oz. -
ham, sliced 3 lb. + 2 oz. -
Swiss cheese, cut into 1-oz. slices 3 lb. + 2 oz. 50 slices


BEAT eggs and milk in shallow pan or dish with whisk until well blended.

FOR each serving: Heat flat-top griddle to 350°F. Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1 tsp. dressing. Top 1 bread slice with 1 oz. each turkey and ham, 1 cheese slice and remaining bread slice. Dip both sides of sandwich in egg mixture.

COOK 3 min. on each side or until sandwich is cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

Serving Suggestion
Serve this tasty sandwich with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables and a piece of fresh fruit.
Omit eggs and milk. Prepare as directed, substituting frozen French toast slices for the white bread slices.
Make Ahead
Sandwiches can be assembled ahead of time. Wrap individually in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 hours. When ready to serve, unwrap sandwich. Dip in egg mixture, then grill as directed.
