MIX dressing, soy sauce and gingerroot until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
FOR each serving: Toss 3 cups of the greens with 1/4 cup of the carrots; place in carry-out salad container. Top with 1 chicken breast, cut into strips; 3/4 cup linguine (in 2 clusters) and 1/4 cup pea pods. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cilantro, 1 Tbsp. green onion and 2 tsp. peanuts.
POUR 3 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture in portion cup; seal top. Place in salad container; close container lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
