KRAFT FREE CATALINA Dressing 4 lb. + 12 oz. 2-1/2 qt.
soy sauce 8 oz. 1 cup
gingerroot, grated - 2 Tbsp.
mixed salad greens, torn 14 lb. 9-1/2 gal.
carrots, shredded 3 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled 12 lb. + 8 oz. 50 each
cooked and drained linguine 14 lb. 2-1/2 gal.
pea pods, halved 3 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
cilantro, chopped 5 oz. 3-1/4 cups
green onions, sliced 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3-1/4 cups
PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped 1 lb. + 8 oz. 2 cups

Directions

MIX dressing, soy sauce and gingerroot until well blended; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Toss 3 cups of the greens with 1/4 cup of the carrots; place in carry-out salad container. Top with 1 chicken breast, cut into strips; 3/4 cup linguine (in 2 clusters) and 1/4 cup pea pods. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cilantro, 1 Tbsp. green onion and 2 tsp. peanuts.

POUR 3 Tbsp. of the dressing mixture in portion cup; seal top. Place in salad container; close container lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

TIP
Dressing mixture can be stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 5 days.
Substitute 2 tsp. ground ginger (or just a dash for the trial recipe) for the grated gingerroot.
