MARINATE steak in dressing in refrigerator for 1 hour, using 2 Tbsp. dressing for every 4 oz. of steak.
TOSS cabbage with ginger, onions, pepper flakes and sesame seed.
COOK steak until cooked through; cut across the grain into thin strips.
FOR each serving: Place 1-3/4 cups of the cabbage mixture on serving plate; top with 4 oz. of the steak strips. Drizzle with 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing. Garnish with 1 tsp. cilantro. Serve immediately.
