MARINATE chicken in dressing in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, using 2 Tbsp. of dressing for every 4 oz. of chicken.
FOR each serving: Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Arrange 4 oz. chicken and 1/2 cup pineapple alternately on 2 skewers. Grill 7 to 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
TOSS 1/2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup lettuce and 6 snow peas with 1/4 cup of the dressing. Place on serving plate; top with 2 kabobs. Garnish with 1/2 tsp. each of the sesame seed and green onions. Serve immediately.
