Peanut Thai Sauce with A.1.

Ingredients

A.1. Original Steak Sauce 1 lb. + 8 oz. 2-2/3 cups
peanut butter 12 oz. 1-1/3 cups
honey 12 oz. 3/4 cup
fresh lime juice 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
soy sauce 2 fl oz 1/4 cup
fresh cilantro, finely chopped 2 oz. 1 cup
garlic cloves, minced - 4 tsp.

Directions

MIX ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until heated through and well blended, stirring frequently.

SERVE warm or chilled. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Note
Use to brush onto chicken, pork or beef (using 1 oz. for each serving) during final stage of grilling or broiling. If oven roasting, sauce can be used as a marinade and poured over meat 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
