Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich

Ingredients

onions, sliced thinly 4 lb. + 8 oz. 3 qt.
oil 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
roast beef, sliced 4 lb. + 8 oz. 150 slices
French bread roll roll (6 inch), split - 25 rolls
CHEEZ WHIZ Pasteurized Process Cheese Sauce 2 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/4 qt.

Directions

PREHEAT flat top grill at 350°F. Add onions and oil; cook until onions are tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add meat; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.

FOR each serving: Place roll halves, cut sides down, on grill; cook until lightly toasted. Fill with 3/4 cup of the meat mixture; drizzle with 3 Tbsp. of the sauce. Serve immediately.

TIP
For variety, sauté sliced mushrooms and chopped green peppers with the onions.
For a light Italian flavor, brush cut sides of rolls with KRAFT Italian Dressing before placing on the grill to toast cut sides.
