Pork Chops with Gingered Peach BBQ Sauce

Gingered Peach BBQ Sauce
KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce 12 oz. 1 cup + 2 Tbsp.
peach preserves 3 oz. 1/4 cup
honey 2.25 oz. 1/4 cup
grated gingerroot - 3/4 tsp.
hot pepper sauce - 3/4 tsp.
Pork Chops
bone-in pork chops (4 oz.) 12 lb. 48 each
canola oil 6 oz. 3/4 cup
seedless watermelon, peeled, diced 4 lb. + 3 oz. 3 qt.
grape tomatoes, halved 3.75 lb. 3 qt.
torn fresh basil leaves 12 oz. 3 qt.
KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups


GINGERED Peach BBQ Sauce: Combine all ingredients in saucepot. Bring to simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; set aside.

FOR each serving: Brush 2 chops with 1/2 Tbsp. oil. Place on a sizzle platter. Bake in 450ºF standard oven 5 min.

BRUSH chops with 1 Tbsp. Peach BBQ Sauce. Bake an additional 5 to 8 min. or until sauce is caramelized and internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Remove from oven; let rest 3 min.

MEANWHILE, toss 1/2 cup each of the watermelon, tomatoes and basil with 1 Tbsp. dressing.

PLATE 2 pork chops with 1-1/2 cups watermelon salad on the side.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the pork chops. Prepare as directed, cooking to an internal temperature of 165ºF.
