red quinoa, cooked, cooled 1.25 lb. 1 qt.
kale, trimmed, torn into small pieces and sauteed 1 lb. 1 qt.
canned kidney beans, rinsed 1.5 lb. 1 qt.
pomegranate seeds 8 oz. 2 cups
dried cranberries 10.4 oz. 2 cups
blueberries 12 oz. 2 cups
PLANTERS Sunflower Kernels 4 oz. 1 cup
sliced almonds 3 oz. 1 cup
KRAFT Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette 48 fl oz 1-1/2 qt.

Directions

COMBINE all ingredients except dressing.

FOR each serving: Serve 1 cup salad with 1/4 cup dressing on the side.
