Country Dijon Cheese Spread

 PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened    4 lb.    2 qt.
 GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard    10 oz.    1-1/4 cups
 minced garlic    -    4 tsp.
MIX all ingredients with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended.
SERVE as a spread for bagels or as a base for vegetarian sandwiches.
TIP
Spread can be prepared ahead and stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 3 days.
