Blue Cheese Walnut Cream Cheese Spread

Ingredients   Weights   Measures
 PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened    3 lb.    1 loaf
 crumbled blue cheese    8 oz.    1-1/2 cups
 chopped toasted walnuts    5 oz.    1 cup
 green onions, chopped    3 oz.    1/2 cup
BEAT all ingredients on medium speed of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment until well blended; cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 3 hours to allow flavors to blend.
SERVE as a dip for fresh vegetables dippers or as a spread for NABISCO Crackers.
TIP
Spread may be stored, covered, in refrigerator up to 1 week.
