Salmon Fillet BLT on Whole Wheat Roll

Ingredients Weights Measures
salmon fillets (4-1/2 oz. each) 6 lb. + 12 oz. 24 each
Montreal steak seasoning - 1 Tbsp.
olive oil 6 fl oz 3/4 cup
whole wheat sandwich rolls, split, toasted - 2 doz.
GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
spring mix salad greens 12 oz. 3 qt.
tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices, oven roasted with olive oil 4 lb. + 8 oz. 12 each
OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked 2 lb. + 4 oz. 72 slices


FOR each serving: Season 1 fillet with steak seasoning. Heat 1/2 Tbsp. oil in skillet on high heat. Add fish, skin-side down; cook 2 min. or until skin is crisp. Turn fish; cook on medium heat 2 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from heat.

SPREAD 1 roll with 1 Tbsp. bistro sauce, spreading 1-1/2 tsp. onto each cut side of roll. Fill with 1/2 cup greens, 2 tomato slices, fish, additional 1 Tbsp. bistro sauce and 3 bacon slices.
