Santa Fe Bean Wraps

BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce 1 lb. 1-1/2 cups
ground red pepper (cayenne) - 2 tsp.
TAPATIO Hot Sauce - 2 tsp.
canned refried black beans 2 lb. 3-1/2 cups
flour tortillas (12 inch) - 24 each
grilled chicken, cut into strips 3 lb. -
tomatoes, seeded, chopped 3 lb. 2 qt.
shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
lettuce, shredded 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 qt.

Directions

MIX barbecue sauce, ground red pepper and hot sauce in large bowl (or in medium bowl for trial recipe) until well blended. Add beans; mix well.

FOR each serving: Spread 3 Tbsp. bean mixture onto 1 tortilla; top with 2 oz. chicken, 1/4 cup (2 oz.) tomato, 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) cheese and 1/2 cup (1 oz.) lettuce. Fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.

SERVE with salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
