BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce - -
ground red pepper (cayenne) - -
TAPATIO Hot Sauce - -
canned refried black beans - -
flour tortillas (12 inch) - -
grilled chicken, cut into strips - -
tomatoes, seeded, chopped - -
shredded Monterey Jack cheese - -
lettuce, shredded - -


MIX barbecue sauce, ground red pepper and hot sauce in large bowl (or in medium bowl for trial recipe) until well blended. Add beans; mix well.

FOR each serving: Spread 3 Tbsp. bean mixture onto 1 tortilla; top with 2 oz. chicken, 1/4 cup (2 oz.) tomato, 2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) cheese and 1/2 cup (1 oz.) lettuce. Fold in opposite sides of tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.

SERVE with salsa, sour cream and guacamole, if desired.
