Ingredients

VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, Loaf, cubed 1 lb. 1-1/2 cups
PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed 1 lb. -
sweet smoked paprika - 2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp.
Idaho potatoes, washed, thinly sliced 4 lb. 1 gal.

Directions

COMBINE Velveeta, Neufchatel and paprika in microwaveable bowl. Heat on HIGH 30 seconds or until pourable; stir well.

PLACE potatoes in a bowl; pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Toss to coat.

FOR 2 servings: Spray a metal sizzle platter with cooking spray. Spoon 2 cups potato mixture onto platter, topping with some additional sauce.

BAKE in 350ºF standard oven 45 min. or until potatoes are cooked through. Remove from oven. Place platter under broiler until top is golden brown. Serve immediately.
