Grilled Poblano Relish
poblano chiles, cut in half, seeded and grilled 1 lb. 8 each
yellow onions, peeled, quartered and grilled 8 oz. 1 each
KRAFT Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette 4 fl oz 1/2 cup
Sandwich Assembly
English muffins, split 4 lb. 16 each
Salsa Verde 20 oz. 2 cups
Serrano ham 2 lb. 48 slices
eggs, scrambled 27.2 oz. 16 each
Mexican cheese blend 2 oz. 1/2 cup
fresh cilantro leaves - 128 pieces

Directions

GRILLED Poblano Relish: Cut chiles and onions into thin slices; place in bowl. Add vinaigrette; toss to evenly coat.

FOR each serving: Spread 2 Tbsp. Salsa Verde evenly onto split sides of 1 muffin. Place 2 oz. ham, 1 Tbsp. Grilled Poblano Relish, 1 egg and 1-1/2 tsp. cheese on bottom half of muffin. Broil until cheese is melted. Top with 8 cilantro leaves, then cover with muffin top.
