Ingredients

uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined (31 to 35 ct.), tail off 1.5 lb. 48 each
PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese 1 lb. -
half-and-half 16 fl oz 2 cups
dried minced garlic - 1/2 cup
curly-leaf parsley, rough chopped - 1/2 cup
dry bread crumbs - 1 cup

Directions

FOR 2 servings: Place 6 shrimp in single layer in ovenproof crock. Broil 3 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning once.

MEANWHILE, microwave 2 oz. cream cheese, 1/4 cup half-and-half and 1 Tbsp. garlic in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring as needed. Stir in 1 Tbsp. parsley. Pour over shrimp; toss to evenly coat.

TOP with 1/4 cup bread crumbs; broil until golden brown.
