prepared mashed potatoes 1 lb. + 14 oz. 1 qt.
eggs 6.8 oz. 4 each
milk 4 oz. 1/2 cup
all-purpose flour 1.1 oz. 1/4 cup
onion powder - 2 tsp.
garlic powder - 2 tsp.
fresh chives, chopped - 2 tsp.
salt - 2 tsp.
Topping
PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread 5.3 oz. 2/3 cup
smoked salmon 12 oz. -
lemon zest - 1 tsp.
fresh chives, cut into 2-inch pieces - 16 pieces

Directions

WAFFLES:
HEAT waffle maker. Spray with cooking spray. Mix ingredients until well blended. Portion 1/4 cup mixture into each quadrant of waffle maker. Close lid.

COOK 5 to 7 min. or until golden brown and crisp.

TOPPING:
TOP each waffle with 2 tsp. cream cheese and 3/4 oz. smoked salmon. Garnish with a pinch of lemon zest and 1 chive piece.
