FOR each 2-person serving: Place 1 brownie in large sundae dish. Top with 1 scoop vanilla ice cream and 1 scoop chocolate ice cream. Drizzle caramel topping over vanilla ice cream and fudge sauce over chocolate ice cream. Top with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping, 1 Tbsp. pecans and 1 cookie.
