Ingredients

Canned black beans, drained, rinsed 6 lb. 3 qt.
Frozen whole kernel corn, thawed 2 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
red peppers, finely chopped 2 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
green onions, finely chopped 10 oz. 3 cups
A.1. Original Steak Sauce 18 oz. 2 cups
olive oil 8 oz. 1 cup
lemon juice 6 oz. 3/4 cup
Chopped cilantro - 3/4 cup

Directions

TOSS beans, corn, red peppers and green onions in large bowl.

MIX steak sauce, oil, lemon juice and cilantro with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over bean mixture; toss to coat. Cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
