gingerroot, peeled, sliced - 75 slices
prepared CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix (double strength) 125 fl oz 3-3/4 qt. + 3-5/8 cups
fresh lemon juice 25 fl oz 3 cups + 1 Tbsp.
yuzu juice 3 fl oz 6 Tbsp. + 2-1/4 tsp.
fresh mint sprigs, divided - 50 each
ice cubes 9.4 lb. 1 gal. + 2-1/4 qt.
club soda 75 fl oz 2-1/4 qt. + 6 Tbsp.
lemon slices - 25 each

Directions

FOR each serving: Muddle 3 gingerroot slices in cocktail shaker.

ADD 5 oz. CRYSTAL LIGHT, 1 oz. lemon juice, 3/4 tsp. yuzu juice, 1 of the mint sprigs and 1 cup ice cubes; cover with lid. Shake until blended.

STRAIN and pour over additional ice in glass. Add 3 oz. club soda. Garnish with remaining mint sprig and a lemon slice.
