FOR each serving: Muddle 3 gingerroot slices in cocktail shaker.
ADD 5 oz. CRYSTAL LIGHT, 1 oz. lemon juice, 3/4 tsp. yuzu juice, 1 of the mint sprigs and 1 cup ice cubes; cover with lid. Shake until blended.
STRAIN and pour over additional ice in glass. Add 3 oz. club soda. Garnish with remaining mint sprig and a lemon slice.
