FOR each serving: Coat half of rim of martini glass with 1/8 tsp. cinnamon.
PLACE 6 oz. ice in cocktail shaker. Add 4 oz. Crystal Light and 1 oz. each gingerbread-flavored liqueur and vodka; cover with lid. Shake 20 sec.; strain into glass. Garnish with 2 apple slices and 1 cinnamon stick.
