Spicy Three-Pepper Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

Boneless sirloin steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes 12 lb. -
assorted fresh vegetables, such as green or red peppers, mushrooms, onions and zucchini, cut into 1- to 1-1/2-inch chunks 15 lb. 3 gal.
Spicy Three-Pepper Barbecue Sauce 6 lb. 3 qt.

Directions

FOR each serving: Arrange 4 oz. steak and 5 oz. vegetables alternately on two (10-inch) skewers.

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Add kabobs. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until steak is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup of the Spicy Three-Pepper Barbecue Sauce. Serve over hot cooked rice.
