FOR each serving: Arrange 4 oz. steak and 5 oz. vegetables alternately on two (10-inch) skewers.
PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Add kabobs. Grill 8 to 10 min. or until steak is cooked through, turning and brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup of the Spicy Three-Pepper Barbecue Sauce. Serve over hot cooked rice.
