KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
chopped fresh basil - 1/4 cup
capers, chopped 1 oz. 1/4 cup
orange juice 2 fl oz 1/4 cup
red chili peppers, finely chopped - 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.
green chili peppers, finely chopped - 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.
boneless beef rib-eye steaks, cut into 1-oz. slices 24 oz. 24 slices
kosher salt - 2 tsp.
ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
scallions, each cut into 2 (3-inch) lengths 6 oz. 12 each
oil 6 fl oz 3/4 cup

Directions

MIX mayo, basil, capers, orange juice and chili peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

SEASON meat with salt and black pepper. Place 3 scallion pieces on end of each meat slice; roll up. Secure with wooden pick. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR 6 servings: Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add 6 meat rolls; cook until evenly browned, turning as needed. Discard toothpicks.
