yellow onions, sliced, grilled 2.25 lb. 2 qt.
red pepper, sliced, grilled 2.25 lb. 2 qt.
boneless beef sirloin steak (5 oz. each), cooked to desired doneness 7.5 lb. 24 each
A.1. Original Sauce 27 fl oz 3 cups
eggs, cooked sunny-side up 81.6 fl oz 48 each

Directions

FOR each serving: Spoon 1 cup hash browns into half of heated serving skillet; top with 1/3 cup each onions and peppers. Add steak to other side of skillet; top with 2 Tbsp. steak sauce. Carefully top hash browns with 2 eggs.
