STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep 1 lb. + 6.5 oz. 2-1/2 qt.
boiling water 2.5 lb. 1-1/4 qt.
fresh artichoke bottoms, cleaned, blanched 8.75 lb. 50 each

Directions

COMBINE stuffing mix and water; cover. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork. Portion 1-1/4 oz. mixture using a #30 scoop onto each artichoke. Place on sheet pan.

BAKE in 375ºF convection oven 5 min. or until heated through and stuffing begins to brown.
