STOVE TOP Stuffing-Crusted Fish and Chips

cod fillets, cut into 3-oz. strips 6 lb. 32 pieces
all-purpose flour 9 oz. 2 cups
eggs, beaten 1 lb. + 11.2 oz. 16 each
STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep, finely ground 9.6 oz. 2 cups
GREY POUPON Bistro Sauce 16 oz. 2 cups
frozen steak fries, crisply cooked 5 lb. 1 gal.

Directions

LIGHTLY dredge fish in flour. Dip into eggs, then into stuffing mixture, turning to evenly coat all sides.

FRY in 325ºF deep fryer 4 min. or until cooked through and golden brown.

SERVE with 2 Tbsp. Bistro Sauce and 5 oz. fries.

Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce instead of Bistro Sauce.
