Strawberry-Peach Slush

water	128 fl oz 16 fl oz	1 gal. 2 cups
CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix	2.3 oz. -	1 pkg. 1-1/2 tsp.
fresh strawberries, sliced	3 lb. 6 oz.	2 qt. 1 cup
frozen sliced peaches	3 lb. 6 oz.	2 qt. 1 cup
ice cubes	3 lb. 6 oz.	2 qt. 1 cup
fresh lemon juice	8 fl oz 1 fl oz	1 cup 2 Tbsp.

FOR Each Trial (1-1/4 Qt.) Batch: Blend 2 cups water and 1-1/2 tsp. drink mix in blender on low speed until mix is dissolved.

ADD 1 cup each berries, peaches and ice, and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice; blend on high speed until ice is crushed and drink is slushy.

Special Extra

Thread 1 each additional small fresh strawberry and fresh peach slice onto frilled pick. Use to garnish each filled glass.

Note

For best results, prepare slush in trial-size batches. Repeat as necessary for addtional servings.
