Ice Cream Mixture
milk 8 oz. 1 cup
JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding 4 oz. 3/4 cup
vanilla ice cream, softened 1.75 lb. 1 qt.
PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Batter 2 lb. 1 qt.
Green Chocolate Sauce
white chocolate sauce 10 oz. 1 cup
green food coloring - 12 drops
Assembly
sugar cookies (2-1/2 inch) - 32 each
miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips 6.4 oz. 1 cup
prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping - 1 qt.
green maraschino cherries 2.8 oz. 16 each

Directions

ICE Cream Mixture: Beat milk and pudding mix until well blended. Combine pudding mixture, ice cream and cheesecake batter until fully incorporated. Cover. Freeze until ready to use.

GREEN Chocolate Sauce: Mix ingredients.

ASSEMBLY:
PLACE 1 #8 scoop Ice Cream Mixture between 2 cookies. Press down carefully to flatten. Roll edge into chocolate chips, using about 1 Tbsp. per sandwich.

DRIZZLE 1 Tbsp. Green Chocolate Sauce onto serving plate. Top with 1 ice cream sandwich, 1/4 cup whipped topping and a cherry.
