Summer Shake Sensation

 
Yield:
1-1/4 gal. or 16 servings, 1-1/4 cups each

Ingredients

Ingredients Weights Measures
milk 2 lb. 1 qt.
GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL, any coffee flavor 1 lb. 3 cups
vanilla ice cream, slightly softened 6 lb. 1 gal.

Directions

FOR each serving: Place 1/4 cup milk, 3 Tbsp. flavored instant coffee and 1 cup ice cream in blender contaner; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Variation
Substitute chocolate or coffee ice cream for the vanilla ice cream, depending on the flavor of MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL CAFÉ COFFEES used.
