Sauce can be used as a basting sauce for grilled or slow-cooked meat, or as a dipping sauce.
Thai Chicken Roll-Ups: Heat 2-1/4 lb. sliced cooked chicken with 3 cups prepared sauce. Spoon onto 12 large flour tortillas; top evenly with the meat mixture, lettuce leaves, sliced cucumbers and chopped bell peppers. Fold ends of tortillas in, then roll up. Makes 12 servings, 1 wrap each.
