Thai Peanut Sauce Chicken Satays

Ingredients

crunchy peanut butter 1 lb. 2 cups
KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing 2 lb. 1 qt.
soy sauce 8 oz. 1 cup
water 6 oz. 3/4 cup
crushed red pepper - 2 tsp.
boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips 6 lb. -

Directions

MIX all ingredients except chicken in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator up to 4 hours.

REMOVE chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread 4 oz. chicken strips onto each skewer.

BROIL or grill 4 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.

TIP
Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
Spice up the marinade by adding DURKEE Hot Sauce, using 2 Tbsp. hot sauce for each cup of CATALINA Dressing used.
