MIX dressing and soy sauce; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.
FOR each serving: Toss 2 cups greens with 1 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup pea pods and 1 Tbsp. green onions; place in carry-out salad container. Top with 1 chicken breast, cut into strips; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cilantro and 1 tsp. peanuts.
POUR 3 Tbsp. dressing mixture in portion cup; cover with lid. Place cup in salad container; close container lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
