KRAFT FREE CATALINA Dressing 4 lb. + 12 oz. 2-1/2 qt.
soy sauce 8 oz. 1 cup
torn mixed salad greens 14 lb. 9-1/2 gal.
napa cabbage, shredded 6 lb. 3 gal.
carrots, shredded 3 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
pea pods, halved 3 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
green onions, sliced 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3-1/4 cups
boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled 12 lb. + 8 oz. 50 each
cilantro, chopped - 3-1/4 cups
peanuts, chopped 12-1/2 oz. 1 cup

Directions

MIX dressing and soy sauce; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Toss 2 cups greens with 1 cup cabbage, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/4 cup pea pods and 1 Tbsp. green onions; place in carry-out salad container. Top with 1 chicken breast, cut into strips; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. cilantro and 1 tsp. peanuts.

POUR 3 Tbsp. dressing mixture in portion cup; cover with lid. Place cup in salad container; close container lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
