KRAFT MAYO Real Mayonnaise 2 lb. + 4 oz. 1 qt.
sourdough bread, sliced 3/4-inch thick - 96 slices
Black Forest ham, sliced 9 lb. 144 slices
fresh mozzarella cheese ovoline, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices 6 lb. 192 slices
plum tomatoes, halved, roasted 4 lb. + 8 oz. 48 each
arugula, torn 1 lb. + 8 oz. 1-1/2 gal.

Directions

MIX mustard and mayonnaise; cover. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 2 Tbsp. of the mayonnaise mixture. Place 3 ham slices, 4 cheese slices, 1 tomato half and 1/2 cup of the arugula on 1 of the bread slices; top with second bread slice. Cut in half to serve.
