FOR each serving: Place 2-1/4 cups (8 oz.) ice cream, 1/3 cup coffee and 1 tsp. each sugar and wine in blender; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended. Pour into 16-oz. glass.
TOP with 2 Tbsp. whipped topping. Insert a ladyfinger into whipped topping.
GRATE chocolate evenly over drink.
