Tomato-Herb Turkey Loaf

Ingredients Weights Measures
STOVE TOP Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix, Flex Prep 12 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
water 1 lb. 2 cups
ground turkey 8 lb. -
BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided 2 lb. 1 qt.
tomato paste 1 lb. + 8 oz. 2 cups
large eggs, lightly beaten - 8 each
dried oregano leaves, crushed - 1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.
garlic powder - 2 tsp.
pepper - 2 tsp.


MIX stuffing mix and water in large bowl; let stand 5 to 10 min. or until water is absorbed.

ADD turkey, 2 cups of the barbecue sauce (or 1/2 cup for trial recipe), the tomato paste, eggs and seasonings; mix well. Shape evenly into 4 (11x5-inch) loaves (or 1 loaf for trial recipe). Place in parchment paper-covered sheet pans.

BAKE in 350°F-standard oven for 40 min.

TOP with remaining 2 cups barbecue sauce (or 1/2 cup barbecue sauce for trial recipe). Continue baking 20 to 30 min. or until cooked through (internal temperature when tested in centers of loaves registers 160° F).

Mix ingredients and shape into loaves as directed; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. When ready to serve, uncover and bake as directed.
