KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise 8 oz. 1 cup
fresh basil leaves, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp.
fresh parsley, finely chopped - 1 Tbsp.
KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese - 1 Tbsp.
Sandwich Assembly
French bread rolls, split 4 lb. 16 each
plum tomatoes, thinly sliced 2 lb. 48 slices
yellow tomatoes, thinly sliced 2 lb. 48 slices
POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Log, thinly sliced 2 lb. 48 slices
fresh parsley leaves 2 oz. 2 cups
fresh oregano leaves - 1/3 cup
fresh thyme leaves - 1/3 cup
salt - 2 tsp.
black pepper - 2 tsp.

Directions

PESTO Aioli: Combine ingredients.

SANDWICH Assembly: Spread 1 Tbsp. Pesto Aioli on cut side of top half of roll. Fill roll with 3 slices of each tomato and 3 cheese slices. Top with 2 Tbsp. parsley and 1 tsp. each oregano and thyme. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Assemble sandwiches using fresh basil leaves in place of the parsley.
