Tropical Frappe

3 gal. or 32 servings, 1-1/2 cups each

Ingredients

Ingredients Weights Measures
vanilla ice cream 12 lb. 2 gal.
bananas, peeled, cut into chunks 5 lb. 1 gal.
Canned crushed pineapple, drained 4 lb. 2-3/4 qt.
milk 4 lb. 2-1/2 qt.
GENERAL FOODS INTERNATIONAL, any coffee flavor 2 lb. 1-1/2 qt.

Directions

FOR each serving: Place 1 cup ice cream, 1/2 cup banana chunks, 1/3 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup milk and 3 Tbsp. flavored instant coffee in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until creamy.
