Canned crushed pineapple in juice, undrained 7 lb. + 8 oz. 2 qt.
A.1. Original Sauce 4 lb. + 8 oz. 2 qt.
orange marmalade 7 lb. 2 qt.
cornstarch 5 oz. 1 cup
Cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 7 lb. + 8 oz. 1 gal. + 3-1/2 qt.
green peppers, coarsely chopped 3 lb. 2 qt.

Directions

MIX pineapple with juice, steak sauce, marmalade and cornstarch in large saucepan. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low.

ADD chicken and peppers; simmer 5 minutes or mixture is thickened and heated through, stirring occasionally.
