boiling water 8 fl oz 1 cup
dried figs, stems removed, cut in half 2 oz. 8 each
OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce 10 fl oz 1 cup
ground turkey patties 5 lb. 16 each
hamburger buns, split 3 lb. 16 each
arugula 8 oz. 1 qt.
plum tomatoes, thinly sliced 1 lb. 48 slices
avocados, thinly sliced 1 lb. 64 slices
crumbled goat cheese 4 oz. 1 cup

Directions

POUR boiling water over figs in bowl; cool to room temperature. Pour figs and water into food processor container. Add barbecue sauce; process until smooth.

FOR each serving: Grill 1 turkey patty until done (165ºF). Place on bottom half of bun; top with 2 Tbsp. fig sauce, 1/4 cup arugula, 3 tomato slices, 4 avocado slices and 1 Tbsp. cheese. Cover with top of bun.
