whole wheat hamburger buns, split, toasted 3.5 lb. 24 each
GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard 4 oz. 1/2 cup
romaine lettuce leaves 12 oz. 24 each
ground turkey patties, grilled to 165ºF 3 lb. 24 each
plum tomatoes, thinly sliced 1.5 lb. 48 slices
fresh strawberries, sliced 6 lb. 3 qt.

Directions

FOR each serving: Spread 1 tsp. mayo onto bottom half of bun, then spread 1 tsp. mustard onto top half of bun. Fill with 1 lettuce leaf, turkey burger, 2 tomato slices and 1/2 cup strawberries.
