peanut oil 16 fl oz + 2 oz. 2 cups
GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard 9 oz. 1 cup + 2 Tbsp.
honey 9 oz. 3/4 cup
lemon juice 6 fl oz 3/4 cup
Salad
baby spinach leaves 2 lb. + 4 oz. 2-1/4 qt.
canned mandarin oranges, drained 3 lb. + 12 oz. 2-1/4 qt.
cooked turkey breast, julienned 2 lb. + 4 oz. 2-1/4 qt.
coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted 12 oz. 3 cups

Directions

DRESSING:
BEAT ingredients with whisk until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.

SALAD:
COMBINE ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

FOR each serving: Toss 2 cups Salad with 2-1/2 Tbsp. Dressing.
