Ingredients

spinach leaves, torn 5 lb. 5 gal.
KRAFT Signature Tangy Tomato Bacon Dressing 4 lb. 1-1/2 cups
cooked turkey breasts, julienned 7 lb. + 8 oz. -
plum tomatoes, cut into thin wedges 5 lb. 1-1/4 gal.
Fresh mushrooms, sliced 2 lb. + 8 oz. 3-3/4 qt.
red onions, thinly sliced, separated into rings 2 lb. + 8 oz. 2-1/2 qt.

Directions

FOR each serving: Toss 2 cups spinach with about 3 Tbsp. dressing. Place on serving plate. Top with 1/2 cup (3 oz.) turkey, 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/3 cup mushrooms and 1/4 cup onions. Serve with assorted crackers.
