baby spinach leaves 3 lb. 3 gal.
canned beet slices, drained 3 lb. 3 qt.
grape tomatoes, halved 3 lb. 3 qt.
canned mandarin orange segments, drained 6 lb. + 4 oz. 3 qt.
LOUIS RICH Turkey Bulk Oven Roasted, cut into strips 8 lb. 1-1/2 gal.
walnuts, toasted, chopped 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
California raisins 1 lb. + 8 oz. 3 cups
KRAFT FREE Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing 4 lb. + 12 oz. 2-1/2 qt.


FOR each serving: Toss 2 cups salad greens and 1 cup spinach; place in carry-out salad container. Top with 1/4 cup each beets, tomatoes and oranges; cover with 1/2 cup turkey and 1 Tbsp. each walnuts and raisins.

PLACE 3 Tbsp. dressing in portion cup; cover with lid. Place cup in salad container; close container lid. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
