A.1. Original Sauce 4.5 oz. 1/2 cup
sour cream 4 oz. 1/2 cup
Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms
oil 2.7 oz. 1/3 cup
yellow onions, thinly sliced 8 oz. 2 cups
button mushrooms, thinly sliced 5 oz. 2 cups
red wine vinegar 4 oz. 1/2 cup
grape jelly 6 oz. 1/2 cup
Sandwich Assembly
plum tomato slices 5.3 oz. 16 slices
oil - 2 tsp.
ground chuck, shaped into 6-oz. patties 6 lb. -
sesame seed sandwich rolls, split 2.5 lb. 16 each
HOFFMAN'S Horseradish Processed Cheese Food Slice 1 lb. 16 slices


A.1. Sour Cream: Mix ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

CARAMELIZED Onions & Mushrooms: Heat oil in skillet on medium-low heat; add onions and mushrooms. Cook until onions are caramelized, stirring occasionally. Deglaze pan with vinegar and jelly; set aside.

FOR each serving: Brush each tomato slice with 1/8 tsp. oil. Broil until lightly charred, then finely chop.

GRILL 1 burger patty to desired doneness.

FILL 1 roll with 1 cooked burger, 1 cheese slice, 1 Tbsp. A.1. Sour Cream, 1 Tbsp. charred tomatoes and 1 Tbsp. Caramelized Onions & Mushrooms.
