50-50 iceberg-romaine lettuce blend 4.5 lb. -
grilled chicken breasts, sliced 2.25 lb. 1-1/2 qt.
roasted red peppers, cut into strips 2.25 lb. 1 qt.
hard-cooked eggs, peeled, quartered 1 lb. + 11 oz. 1 doz.
avocados, large diced 1.5 lb. 1 qt.
grape tomatoes, halved 1.5 lb. 3 cups
Serrano ham, thinly sliced 1.5 lb. 3 cups
crumbled blue cheese 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups
KRAFT CATALINA Dressing 12 oz. 1-1/2 cups

Directions

FOR each salad: Place 6 oz. lettuce blend in bottom of serving bowl. Top with rows of 3 oz. each chicken breast and peppers, 1 quartered egg, 2 oz. each avocados, tomatoes and ham, and 1 oz. cheese. Serve with 1 oz. dressing in ramekin on the side.
