Ingredients

iceberg lettuce heads, each cut into 4 wedges 4.5 lb. 6 heads
KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing 1.5 lb. 3 cups
roma tomatoes, seeded, finely diced 1.5 lb. 3 cups
small croutons 12 oz. 3 cups
thinly sliced prosciutto, fried crisp, chopped 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
thinly sliced salami, fried crisp, chopped 6 oz. 1-1/2 cups
finely chopped fresh basil - 1/2 cup

Directions

FOR each salad: Place 1 lettuce wedge on serving plate.

POUR 2 Tbsp. dressing over center of lettuce. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. each tomatoes and croutons, 1 Tbsp. each prosciutto and salami, and 1 tsp. basil.
