KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette with Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 2 cups
fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch lengths, blanched 1 lb. + 6 oz. 1-1/2 qt.
grape tomatoes, halved 1 lb. + 5 oz. 1 qt.
beef skirt steaks, grilled, thinly sliced 14 oz. 2 cups
roasted yellow peppers, julienned 12 oz. 2 cups
frozen petite peas, thawed 12 oz. 2 cups
sun-dried tomatoes, chopped 8 oz. 2 cups
red onions, julienned 6 oz. 2 cups
fresh basil, chiffonade 1-1/2 oz. 1-1/3 cups
ground black pepper - 1 tsp.
KRAFT 100% Shredded Parmesan Cheese 6 oz. 3/4 cup

Directions

COMBINE all ingredients except cheese.

FOR each serving: Place 1 cup salad on serving plate; top with about 1 tsp. cheese.
